| Welcome,
The Troop recently went on a great trip to AIR in Albany, NY. Here's a short story one the scouts Colby rote about the trip.
"AIR, the albany Indoor Rockgym, is a great place. there are many things to climb and awesome tunnels to explore.
First before you do anything you crawl through a little box to see if you will fit in the tunnel. Then you would learn how
to ballet. Everyone had to ballet. In the tunnel it was pitch black, almost all of the way through. If you got lucky
a tunnel would lead you to somewhere with light. When you got to someplace with light you would look around to see where
you were. Then if you wanted you would try to find a way to the "Zip-Line" or an exit. The Zip-Line was a cabe attached from
one wall to the other. You would attach the runner on the cable to your harness and glide to the other side and back. Then
you would unattach yourself from the runner and then take your harness off and slide down the slide to the exit. The rock
climbing was realy fun. One of the walls went right past an opening for the cave and while I was belaying Marvin climbed
into the opening which was cool! One of the other walls was a rope to climb up when I did I slid down and then i belayed
Marvin and when he was coming down i lifted up in the air. AIR was alot of fun."
